Frequently asked questions
What does Innerflect do?
Innerflect is an agentic workflow studio and systems partner. We diagnose how work actually flows in your business, redesign the workflows that matter, deploy governed AI and automation where they cut decision latency, and ship documentation and metrics so your team can run the system. One accountable partner from first diagnostic through implementation and optional ongoing management.
Who is Innerflect for?
We work best with operations-heavy teams, founders and COOs who feel coordination tax, and organizations piloting AI without a clear operating model. Typical contexts include hospitality, wellness, events, travel, agencies, and regulated or high-trust services where handoffs, approvals, and revenue paths need to be explicit — not buried in tools and heroics.
What is an agentic workflow studio?
It means we treat workflows as the product: we map triggers, owners, and outcomes first, then place agents and automation inside real operating logic — with escalation, auditability, and human checkpoints. We are not a generic “AI agency” shipping demos; we build systems that earn their place in production.
How is Innerflect different from a typical AI consultancy or agency?
We start with honest operational diagnosis, not tool selection. Deliverables are tied to measurable baselines and governance — ownership, escalation, and documentation — so you are not dependent on a black box or a long vendor roster. Implementation is coordinated under Innerflect; you hold one partner responsible for what ships.
What does the Innerflect diagnostic involve?
The Operational Diagnostic is a fixed-scope engagement (often about 2–4 weeks) that maps operational drag domain by domain, sets baselines, designs a target operating model, and produces a prioritized roadmap plus a formal, scoped implementation proposal. It exists so build work is verifiable and priced against reality — not assumptions.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The diagnostic usually runs 2–4 weeks. Implementation commonly spans 4–12 weeks depending on scope and domains. Many teams see a first live system in roughly 8–16 weeks from first serious conversation when diagnostic and build run back-to-back. Timelines depend on your constraints, approvals, and stack.
What does Innerflect charge?
We publish indicative tiers on our pricing page in EUR: an Operational Diagnostic range, a Systems Implementation range, and optional Systems Management retainers. Exact fees depend on scope after diagnosis. Fixed-scope diagnostic entry is intentional — it prevents open-ended “discovery” that never converts to accountable build work.
Do I need to have AI knowledge to work with Innerflect?
No. You need clarity on where the business hurts — throughput, quality, risk, or cost of coordination. We translate constraints into architecture, tooling, and governance. Your team stays in the loop on decisions that affect roles, policy, and customer trust.
What kinds of AI agents does Innerflect deploy?
Purpose-built agents tied to real triggers: triage, drafting, classification, monitoring, and handoff preparation — always with defined outputs, human escalation, and audit trails where the domain requires it. We avoid “chatbots everywhere” patterns that increase noise without changing how decisions get made.
How does Innerflect ensure AI governance and safety?
Governance is designed in, not bolted on: documented owners, escalation paths, data boundaries, logging where appropriate, and review checkpoints for high-impact outputs. For internal monitoring products we also use statistical, no-LLM inference patterns so operational signals stay explainable and credit-free.
What happens after the first build? Is there ongoing support?
Many clients choose Systems Management: a monthly rhythm of governance reviews, reporting against baselines, iteration, and working sessions for decisions. Others hand off fully with documentation. The diagnostic and implementation phases are designed so handoff is real — not a forced retainer.
Can Innerflect work with my existing tech stack?
Yes. We prefer to meet you in tools you already use — Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, n8n, and similar — and only recommend change when the workflow demands it. New build surfaces (e.g. Next.js apps, APIs, integrations) are scoped explicitly in the proposal.
What industries does Innerflect work with?
We are strongest where operations, scheduling, compliance cues, and multi-step customer journeys matter: hospitality, wellness, events, travel, professional services, and creative agencies. If your constraint is “how work flows,” we can usually map fit quickly on a first call.
How does Innerflect measure success?
Success is tied to baselines from diagnosis: cycle time, error rates, throughput, margin visibility, ticket aging, or whatever metrics match your domain. We avoid vanity dashboards — if a number does not inform a decision or belief update, it is not the headline metric.
What is the difference between Innerflect’s Operational Diagnostic and standard consulting?
The diagnostic closes with a formal implementation proposal and scoped roadmap — not an open-ended deck. It is built to convert ambiguity into build-ready boundaries: owners, triggers, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Traditional strategy engagements often stop before accountable delivery; ours is structured to bridge into implementation.
Does Innerflect do web development or just AI?
Both, when the workflow requires it. We ship marketing and product surfaces, APIs, and integrations alongside operational and agent layers. Website Care, infrastructure, and visual systems are offered as managed SKUs; larger builds are scoped from the diagnostic.
What is Website Care?
Website Care is a managed care plan for sites that need reliable hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and expert help — including Node.js stacks where relevant. It is for teams that want a steady operational owner for the web layer without hiring in-house.
What is Mail Cast?
Mail Cast is our newsletter and campaign setup lane: lists, compliant signup flows, templates, and sending governance so email does not sprawl across tools and inboxes. It pairs with operational work when lifecycle messaging is part of the system.
Where is Innerflect based?
Innerflect operates as a distributed studio with deep work across Europe and clients internationally. We work remotely and on-site when engagements require it; language support includes English and Portuguese for marketing and delivery.
