Jonas leads engineering at Innerflect. He builds the knowledge layers, agents, and integrations behind every operating system — from RAG pipelines to production infrastructure — so intelligence stays inside controlled systems clients can measure, govern, and trust.

John leads technical delivery on client platforms — architecture, auth, booking and payment flows, and multi-role portals. He owns the hardest implementation work so marketing surfaces ship fast and backend systems stay coherent from first deploy through launch.

Sara leads delivery and operations at Innerflect. She turns architecture into shipped systems on a clear timeline — keeping engagements moving, surfacing real results from week four, and making sure every system is something a client's team can trust and quietly rely on.

Carolina holds the structure between clients and ongoing projects — who we're working with, what's live, and what needs attention next. She helps keep tasks moving across the team and represents Innerflect in Portugal, so local partnerships and delivery stay close to the people doing the work.
